PsychEd Ltd Educational Consultancy Services - About

you are here: psyched ltd: about

PsychEd psychologists offer consultation to school staff, parents and children, to support children and young people with difficulties in achieving their potential. We have extensive experience in working as Educational Psychologists in local authorities, including leadership roles. We also have experience in private practice and in providing assessments for examination concessions according to Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations.

As Educational Psychologists, we work with children and young people from the age of 2 1/2 to 18 years old, and can also offer assessments for University students of any age. We have knowledge and experience of supporting children and young people with a wide range of difficulties, including Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Down's Syndrome and other syndromes, Dyslexia/SPLDs, ADHD and many others; this is not an exhaustive list but is intended to give a flavour of our experience and what we can offer.

We offer top quality psychological assessment and consultancy, and aim to promote effective learning and optimal social and emotional development in children and young people.

We offer assessments for serving MOD personnel as an approved supplier.

We are now offering Adult ADHD assessments for people aged 17 and above. Suitable for College and University students and working people.

"Our daughter, although a little apprehensive beforehand, clearly enjoyed the (assessment) experience. I overheard her telling her younger sister that it was "fun, you will really enjoy it when it is your turn"! We found the written report very useful, have shared it with the school who were interested and have taken a copy."
